Society of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (SPP) has developed the present Ethical Code in order to define ethical standards of a psychoanalytic therapist’s work in the areas of psychotherapeutic practice, psychotherapeutic studies and researches. The present Code is aimed at informing psychotherapists and students of a necessity to comply with professional ethics and to warn the members of SPP of the dangers of deviations from standards of professional behavior.
